Sacramento and Solomon Dubnick Gallery
An amazing show for the month of June featuring the following artists: Don Ed Hardy, John Stuart Berger, Bruce Gossett, Robert Bowen, Kim Scott, Justin Lavato, Kepi, Mick Sheldon, Dennis Larkins, Chris Botta, John Tarahteeff, Carbon, Thane Gorek, Mark Bryan, Gale Hart……..and many more! I just got a preview and the show is nothing short of SUPERGROOVYFANTASTIC. I have exhibited with most of these artists before and it is always a great honor to get the opportunity to show with them again. This show has some of the best emerging artists to be found anywhere. If you live anywhere close to Sacramento check this show out! ”Beyond the Frame” opens June 12th from 6-9 p.m. and will run from May 25th- July 10th 2010, there will be plenty of opportunity to get a glimpse of this event.
Also as a side note it’s been almost a year since Dolan and I finished our beloved mural on 1710″ L ” Street in Midtown Sacramento. If you are from out of town and have never seen it, or just haven’t seen it in a while check it out, and thanks for stopping by-JSB

Short Center North Students Complete the First two SN&R Boxes
Sacramento News and Review has teamed up with local artists to convert their newspaper boxes into art. I did one of these a couple of years ago, now students from the Short Center North; an art center for adults with disabilities is creating new works of art, which hopefully will be the start of many more to come.
